People decide to venture into entrepreneurship because it gives them that freedom and flexibility to work on their terms and do what they’re passionate about. However, they’re unable to achieve their goals if their business has got a bottleneck that they may not even be aware of. In today’s episode, you’ll understand what bottlenecks are, and how they can cause your business to fail if you don’t handle them promptly. I’ll share an experience I had with a property solopreneur who had all it took to be successful, but he had a few bottlenecks in his business.
