I'm delighted to have on the show a very talented property developer, James Scott. James is Director at the High Stone Property Ltd that specialises in Buy-to-Let and Serviced Accommodations. He's also a co-owner of EMJA Group Ltd, where they do residential and commercial developments and work with investors to trade and achieve their goals. James left the UK Armed Forces to pursue his passion for property.
